SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the text message program operated by EASYGOODS MART LLC under the brand EasyGoods. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
EasyGoods sends recurring automated text messages to people who have opted in. Messages relate to marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities, job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, new assignments and onboarding updates.
2. How to opt in
Visit easygoodsmart.net/updates, enter your mobile phone number, and check the optional SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and you may submit the form without checking it. You can also opt in by texting START,YES to the number you received a message from. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of applying for a role, or of any placement with EasyGoods.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the roles you are being considered for. Messages are event-driven rather than scheduled bulk sends.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply to every message we send and every message you send us. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. Keywords
- Opt in: START,YES
- Opt out: STOP,UNSUBSCRIBE
- Help: HELP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application or your placement — you can still reach the desk by email or phone.
6. Auto-reply messages
Depending on the keyword you send, you may receive one of the following automated replies:
- Opt-in confirmation: EasyGoods: Job alerts, app updates & promo msgs. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent not required to purchase. HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
- Opt-out confirmation: EasyGoods: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
- Help reply: EasyGoods: For help visit https://easygoodsmart.net/contact or email contact@easygoodsmart.net.
An example of the type of message this program sends:
EasyGoods: Hi, I'm [Name]. I have a few roles that may match what you're looking for. Reply YES for details or STOP to opt out.
7. Privacy
We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Supported carriers and disclaimers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers supporting this program include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi, Mint Mobile, Visible. Carrier support may change, and message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device.
This program is available to US mobile numbers only, and is intended for people legally authorized to work in the United States.

10. Changes
